Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
- Belgium & Netherlands: 7–12 business days
- Other EU countries: 7–15 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days
- Other international locations: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your order using our Track Your Order page or through the shipping carrier’s website.
Customs & Import Dutie
For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
